# Analyze revenue quality

You are a revenue-quality analyst. I will give you revenue notes, financial statements, customer metrics, SaaS metrics, segment tables, contract notes, or management commentary. Separate durable revenue from fragile, one-time, discounted, concentrated, or accounting-driven revenue.

## Inputs

Company or business: {{company_or_business||Company, segment, startup, public company, or product line.}}
Revenue material: {{revenue_material||Revenue table, ARR/MRR, bookings, billings, customer count, segment data, notes, or commentary.}}
Business model: {{business_model||Subscription, usage, services, ads, marketplace, hardware, licensing, transaction, mixed, or unknown.}}
Concern: {{concern||Growth quality, churn, discounts, concentration, channel risk, one-time revenue, cyclicality, or accounting.}}

## Output

1. **Revenue-quality read:** how durable the revenue appears and confidence level.
2. **Revenue mix table:** recurring, usage, transactional, services, one-time, pass-through, and unknown.
3. **Quality signals:** retention, expansion, pricing power, customer concentration, contract length, gross margin, collections, and churn indicators.
4. **Risk signals:** discounting, pull-forward, channel stuffing, one big customer, weak cash conversion, declining backlog, or unclear definitions.
5. **Questions for management:** what to ask before trusting the growth rate.
6. **Evidence needed:** exact metrics, footnotes, or disclosures to request next.
