We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, purchase details, Pro interest form responses, support messages, and setup requests. We also collect lightweight product analytics such as page paths, clicked buttons, skill IDs, search and filter actions, and whether skill variables were filled.
Skillbook does not need your AI account credentials, API keys, wallet keys, passwords, or private files to browse the catalog or download the Pro library. Do not send those to us through forms or support email.
We use information to deliver purchases, send access links, answer support requests, improve the skill library, understand which workflows are useful, prevent abuse, and keep basic business records.
We use service providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics forwarding, and document delivery. For example, checkout is handled by Stripe and transactional email may be sent through Resend. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
When you click a button to run a skill in Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI tool, you are leaving Skillbook and using that provider's service. The prompt or resolved skill text you send to that provider is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.
You can email us to ask for help, request deletion of support or interest-form information where practical, or ask for a fresh Pro delivery link. Some payment and tax records may need to be retained by our payment processor or for basic business compliance.
