If the Skillbook Pro library is not a fit, email support within 7 days of purchase with the purchase email or receipt. We will refund the Pro purchase and may disable future delivery or refresh links for that purchase.

If you accidentally buy the same Pro library more than once, email support and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Workflow setup and team sprint services are refundable before the session is scheduled or before custom work begins. Once a session or custom work has started, refunds are handled case by case based on the work delivered.
If you paid but did not receive an email, the download link expired, or the unlock link does not work, email support first. We will resend access or fix delivery before treating it as a refund issue.
Email support@useskillbook.com from the purchase email if possible. Include the receipt, payment email, and a short note about what went wrong. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
