Install this as reusable agent behavior.

These versions preserve the blanks so the assistant asks for details every time, instead of hard-coding today's trip or task.

# Triage my inbox

I'll paste a list of emails (subject + sender + 1-line summary, or full content if short). Tell me what to do with each.

## What I want back

A list, one row per email:

`SENDER — SUBJECT — VERDICT — DRAFT`

Where verdict is one of:

- **REPLY NOW** — under 60 seconds; I'll dispatch it before lunch.
- **REPLY THOUGHTFUL** — needs real thought; block time later in the day.
- **FORWARD TO X** — not for me, redirect.
- **ARCHIVE** — no action needed; the email itself is the resolution.
- **UNSUBSCRIBE** — I shouldn't be getting these.
- **WAIT** — pending something I'm waiting on; revisit in N days.

For everything tagged REPLY NOW, give me a one-sentence draft. I'll edit and send.

## Rules

- Be ruthless. Most email doesn't need a reply.
- If you're guessing about context, say so in parentheses.
- If two emails are the same thread, group them.

Inbox below.

On the house. Run it in Claude or ChatGPT, or install it as agent behavior.
