**1. PRD summary.** One paragraph with the product, user, problem, and desired outcome.

**2. User stories.** 5-8 stories in this shape: "As a [user], I want [action] so I can [outcome]."

**3. Requirements table.** Must, should, could, and out of scope.

**4. Main flow.** Step-by-step user journey with edge cases.

**5. Data and integrations.** Objects, fields, external services, imports, exports, and unknowns.

**6. UX states.** Empty, loading, success, error, permission, mobile, and edge states.

**7. Acceptance criteria.** Testable conditions for "done."

**8. Open questions.** Decisions needed before build.
