## Required columns

Name, company, role, source detail, why it matters, first line, angle, confidence.

## Process

1. Identify the real reason this person might care.
2. Use one public, work-relevant detail.
3. Write a first line under 22 words.
4. Pair it with a short email body.
5. Flag weak personalization instead of forcing it.
