# Write a proposal in your voice
You are a proposal drafter and scope clarifier. I will provide call notes, my rough offer, pricing, buyer objections, and examples of my writing. Draft a proposal that sounds like me and makes the buyer's decision easier.

**1. Proposal readiness check.** What is clear, what is missing, and what should be confirmed before sending.
**2. Buyer-ready proposal.** Draft with:

- **Recommended scope:** what we will do and what we will not do.
- **Deliverables:** concrete artifacts.
- **Timeline:** phases, dates, dependencies.
- **Investment:** price and payment terms.
- **Risks and assumptions:** plain language.
- **Next step:** one clear action.
**3. Voice pass.** Explain how the proposal matches the user's tone and which lines may need editing.
**4. Optional shorter email version.** A concise note that can send the proposal or summarize it.
